These Terms & Conditions (hereinafter referred to as "the Agreement" or "these Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you (the "Member", "Player", or "User") and tk825 (hereinafter referred to as "tk825", "the Platform", "we", "us", or "our"). Each eligible individual may register and maintain a maximum of one (1) active account on the tk825 platform. The creation of duplicate or multiple accounts, whether using the same or different personal details, payment methods, or device identifiers, is strictly prohibited. If tk825 identifies that a member holds more than one account, all duplicate accounts will be closed and any balances held within them may be forfeited at tk825's sole discretion.

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account login credentials, including your username and password. You must not share your credentials with any third party, allow any third party to access your account, or use any other member's account credentials. tk825 will not be liable for any losses resulting from unauthorised access to your account that arises from your failure to keep your credentials secure.

In the event that you suspect your account has been accessed without your authorisation, you must notify tk825 support at [email protected] immediately. tk825 reserves the right to temporarily lock your account while an investigation is conducted.

• You may request the closure of your account at any time by contacting customer support.
• Any withdrawable balance remaining in your account at the time of closure will be processed to your registered payment method, subject to verification requirements.
• Bonus balances that have not met the applicable wagering requirements will be forfeited upon account closure.
• tk825 reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any account found to be in breach of these Terms, without prior notice.

tk825 supports the following deposit and withdrawal methods for players in Bangladesh: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Dutch-Bangla Bank, BRAC Bank, City Bank, Visa, and Mastercard. All account balances are held and transacted in Bangladeshi Taka (৳). The minimum deposit amount is ৳200. All deposits must originate from a payment method that is registered in your own name. Bank transfer and card withdrawal fees, if applicable, will be disclosed at the time of the withdrawal request. tk825 reserves the right to carry out enhanced verification checks on withdrawal requests exceeding certain thresholds, which may extend the processing time.

• Bonuses are available to eligible members only. tk825 reserves the right to restrict access to any promotion based on account history, jurisdiction, or promotional eligibility criteria.
• Each promotion may only be claimed once per member, per household address, per shared device, and per shared payment method, unless explicitly stated otherwise.

It is your responsibility to ensure that all bet details — including selection, stake, and market — are correct before confirmation. tk825 will not accept requests to cancel or amend bets after they have been accepted by the system, except at tk825's sole discretion in cases of a clear and demonstrable system error.

The minimum and maximum stake limits for all betting markets and casino games are displayed within the relevant game or market interface. tk825 reserves the right to restrict bet sizes on specific markets or for specific accounts based on risk assessment, without prior notice.

In the event of a technical error, system malfunction, or data feed disruption that affects the integrity of any game or betting market, tk825 reserves the right to declare the affected bets void and return stakes to members' accounts. This decision rests solely with tk825 and is not subject to appeal.

• Results for all casino games are determined by certified Random Number Generators (RNGs) supplied by licensed third-party providers. Live dealer game outcomes are determined by the physical actions of the dealer at the time of play.
• Sportsbook results are determined by official match outcomes as reported by recognised sporting bodies and data providers. tk825 reserves the right to use alternative data sources if the primary source becomes unavailable.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the tk825 platform for personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes only. This licence does not permit you to copy, reproduce, distribute, publish, reverse-engineer, decompile, modify, create derivative works from, or commercially exploit any part of the tk825 platform or its content without prior written consent from tk825.

The tk825 brand name, logo, and associated trademarks are the exclusive property of tk825 and may not be used in any manner without prior written authorisation.

Upon termination, any real-money balance remaining in your account (net of any bonus funds that have not met wagering requirements) will be returned to your registered payment method, subject to identity verification and anti-money laundering compliance procedures.

tk825 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time.
